30 Day TV Challenge - Day 25 - Favorite TV Marriage: Chandler & Monica from Friends
These two represent the be all and end all in best marriages for me. They love each other dearly. They have a strong foundation rooted in friendship. They compliment and bring out the best in each other nicely. Chandler’s speech about Monica being a mother without a baby and how much he wishes he could be able to give her a baby was one of the sweetest and most heartbreaking moments of television. Plus, if true love isn’t willing to accept your partner’s need for shark porn, then I don’t know what is.
Chandler:“I thought this was going to be the most difficult thing I had to do, but when I saw you walking down the aisle I realized how simple it was. I love you. Any surprises that come our way, it’s okay, because I will always love you. You are the person I was meant to spend the rest of my life with.”
